What will the wedding day look like?
You, your partner and guests will arrive for your booked time slot. We can get your guests seated and made comfortable while you and your partner make your final adjustments before walking into your wedding ceremony.
After your short ceremony, you and your guests will enjoy some Canapés and sparkling wine provided by the venue, after that you can cut your cake, get some beautiful photos taken at the stunning venue and enjoy the celebrations for your allotted time.
What's included in the package?
We've ticked off all of the big stuff for you. You will get an experienced Celebrant, a skilled Photographer, a stunning Venue with Canapés and sparkling wine, a delicious cake, a beautiful bouquet of flowers and we can provide a speaker for your special wedding music.
How long do we have the venue for?
You have exclusive use of the venue for one and a half hours, this includes the ceremony time. As we will have more than one ceremony on the day, we ask that you arrive on time for your booked time slot so you can make the most of the beautiful setting. You are free to have photos on the Wharf after your time slot has expired
What happens if we can't make it on the day?
We will take a $1500 deposit from your fee, this is to cover costs already incurred by your booking. If you have to cancel your booking we will refund your fee minus the deposit. If you are running late for your ceremony, you can still go ahead with it but will have less time at the venue to enjoy the experience. There will be no discount for late arrivals.
What additional extras are required?
You will need to arrange the Marriage License but Lorraine the Celebrant can give you all the details about that.
If your guests would prefer a beer instead of sparkling wine at your reception, that's totally fine, beer will be available to purchase at the venue, as beer isn't included in the wedding package.
After that it's all the fun stuff that you can do to personalise your ceremony, such as, your outfits, if you want special music played, your rings or any other token you'd like to exchange with each other.
Can my friend make the cake? Do the flowers? Take the photos?
No! Give your friend the day off. Let them be a guest and fully enjoy the experience. All of our vendors are local and excellent at what they do and have been handpicked to give you the best experience on your wedding day.
What if I don't want the flowers or cake?
That's fine if you don't want the flowers or cake but it won't change the cost of the wedding package.
Can I choose the date?
At this stage we have limited dates available for the wedding ceremonies. If you have your heart set on a certain date for your wedding that's cool but we can't accommodate specific dates at the moment.
Do kids count as guests? What if we want more than 20 guests?
We love kids. Children under 5 years of age won't be included in the guest count, so bring them along with the rest of your guests.
We have specifically chosen the 20 people guest limit to give the ceremony some intimacy and allow you to enjoy your wedding with your very dear loved ones.
